Lyon Bakery was founded in the spring of 2000. Skilled in the art of
gourmet artisan bread, the bakery has expanded from modest beginnings
into a thriving business.
Lyon Bakery is owned by Gerardo Del Cerroand Alan Hakimi. Gerardo serves
as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Alan serves as Director of Sales. Together,
they continue to lead the company with a commitment to quality, craftsmanship,
and customer service.
Today, Lyon Bakery serves customers throughout the Washington and Baltimore
metropolitan areas. Our customers include leading restaurants, premier hotels,
culinary service groups, catering companies, government organizations, and gourmet delis.
